WAIVER: I accept full responsibility for my use of each device, machine, installation, privilege and all services used in the center and assume all risks associated with such use. I fully release and discharge the shareholders, directors, executives, employees, representatives or agents from all liability and/or any injuries incurred or suffered by me as a result of my use in the center. This center is a franchise of World Gym International, LLC and is independently owned and operated.
